Oh Coachella…we go every year with big plans to document ALL the fashion. It’s so good, ALL of it, from the feathered headdresses to the furry costumes to those crazy enough to wear things like crushed velvet and head-to-toe vinyl in the desert heat. Alas, we always get distracted by the music. Lucky for us, with cool music comes awesome leather jackets and such. Here were our favorites from the weekend…
We have a weakness for men who carry nice bags. Perhaps that’s because it’s refreshing to find someone who spends as much time picking out their purse as we do? Strong and masculine, yes, but we’d still look lovely and ladylike schlepping any of these…
So I know we’ve been gone for a while….The Haus is sooooooo busy…and tired. We had the opportunity this past December-Jan to curate a show to support the OCCUPY Wall Street Movement at the Athens Institute for Contemporary Art (ATHICA). Artists of all ages, from all over the country participated! A labor of love and a substantial success. We’ve heard we’ve inspired some similar shows elsewhere. We decided it was so fabulous we had to share it with you all…
We are the 99%. This is our collective voice. We have something to show you. This is what democracy looks like…
